These Terms and Conditions explain the rules, responsibilities, and service conditions that apply when using the Wheel Bookers website and booking airport transfer services in Switzerland.
Wheel Bookers provides airport transfer and related transportation booking services. Services may include airport pickups, drop-offs, city transfers, and other pre-booked rides depending on availability and service area.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate booking information, including pickup location, drop-off location, date, time, contact details, and any relevant travel information.
Booking confirmation depends on successful submission and service availability. Incomplete or incorrect information may affect the delivery of the booked service.
Prices shown on the website or communicated during booking are based on the information provided at the time of booking. Additional requirements, route changes, waiting time, or other service adjustments may affect the final amount where applicable.
Cancellation policies may apply depending on the booking terms communicated at the time of booking. Customers are encouraged to review cancellation conditions carefully before confirming a booking.
Customers must ensure that all booking details are correct and that they are available at the agreed pickup point on time. Delays caused by incorrect information or customer absence may affect the transfer service.
Wheel Bookers aims to provide a reliable and professional service, but we are not responsible for delays or issues caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including traffic conditions, weather, road closures, or unexpected operational events.
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect operational, legal, or service-related changes. Updated terms will apply from the time they are published on the website.
If you have questions about these Terms and Conditions, please contact Wheel Bookers through the contact details available on our website.
